Since I was 16 years old, I’ve been passionately pursuing my life calling. This adventure has taken me from Arizona to Indiana, through churches, bars, conference stages, corporate boardrooms, and everything in between. I’ve learned that being a pioneer isn’t just what I do—it’s who I was created to be.
The Journey
In 2004, I planted a church. In 2009, I started Pub Theology—a bar outreach ministry that shares the good news of Jesus Christ with people in the everyday spaces and places of life. Since then, Pub Theology has introduced countless people to Christ. We still gather regularly at Wolfie’s locations across Indianapolis, bringing live worship, teaching, and community to people who might never walk through church doors. We call it Worship on the Water now, for those of you interested.
In 2012, I founded Blackbird Mission with a singular focus: awakening people to become who they were born to be. Through Blackbird, I’ve helped thousands of people discover their unique, God-given purpose through Spiritual DNA workshops and The Purpose Paradigm.
In 2016, I launched Radio Theology, a weekly radio show in Indianapolis, which ran for three and a half years. The goal was simple: could we bless people in their everyday spaces—like their car during their commute—with a message of faith, hope, and love?
In 2020, I launched The Daron Earlewine Podcast, which now reaches nearly 100,000 people annually. Every week, I remind listeners of three core truths: God is for them, not against them. God is near them, not far away. Everyone has been created on purpose and for a purpose.
In 2022, I published my first book, The Death of a Dream, which helps people experience healing and dare to dream again after life doesn’t turn out the way they expected.
Most recently, I launched Rogue Collective—a coaching platform for marketplace leaders who want to discover and live out their God-given purpose in business. It’s the culmination of everything I’ve learned about helping people find peace, passion, and purpose.
What I Do Now
Speaking & Keynotes: I travel to conferences, churches, and companies sharing messages about purpose, leadership, and becoming who you were born to be. My most requested keynotes include “The Death of a Dream,” “The Four Foundations of Purpose,” and “Keep Chasing Tennis Balls.”
The Daron Earlewine Podcast: Every week, I share conversations about purpose, faith, leadership, and real transformation. Sometimes it’s just me. Sometimes it’s with my wife Julie or our three sons. Sometimes it’s interviews with people who are taking steps to become who they were born to be.
Rogue Collective Coaching: I coach marketplace leaders through a comprehensive three-module program (Four Noble Quests, Four Foundations, Four Core Questions) that helps them integrate faith and work without compromising their professional effectiveness. We work with companies across multiple industries—construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and more.
Blackbird Mission: As founder, I continue leading this nonprofit that awakens people to Jesus Christ, equips leaders for their purpose, and empowers communities through spiritual growth. We serve thousands annually through Worship On The Water, Spiritual DNA workshops, The Purpose Paradigm, coaching, and our upcoming Blackbird Discipleship Network.
Workshops: Through both Blackbird and Rogue, I facilitate transformative workshops including The Purpose Paradigm (a one-day intensive), Spiritual DNA, GiANT Leadership’s Five Voices Assessment, Gallup StrengthsFinder, and Enneagram coaching.
My Mission
My mission is to help people find passion, purpose, and peace. I’ve helped thousands of individuals move from feeling insignificant to understanding their worth and creating their future. Whether it’s through a podcast episode, a coaching session, a keynote address, or a conversation in a bar, I’m committed to awakening people to who they were born to be.
I believe there’s an irreducible complexity to how you were created. You make sense. You are not an accident. This truth changes everything. It awakens peace, passion, and purpose. And I want to help you discover it.
When I’m Not Working
You’ll find me coaching my sons in sports, having deep conversations around our kitchen counter (where all the important moments in our family seem to happen), and helping people discover who they were born to be—whether that’s in a boardroom, a bar, a church, or a coffee shop.
I’m a tennis ball chaser. I’m not a detail guy. I need people who throw tennis balls for me so I can do what I do best. And when I’m operating in that sweet spot—focusing on who I am, what I do better than millions of other people, why I do what I do, and what I do with great passion—I have endless energy, boundless joy, and contagious courage.
